IMPORTANT LETTER TO ALL OUR VALUED CUTOMERS
As many of you may have heard, my father Bob has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Since his diagnosis, it has been a struggle to help him with his needs, run the business and have some time with my family. Because of this, I have decided to downsize my store and move to a new location. Downsizing will also allow us to improve our customer service and spend more time helping all our customers.
We will be moving into our own building that we will be purchasing. It is currently the Candle Gallery located in Fayetteville (Caledonia). It is about 11 miles east of our current location. I believe this beautiful building and beautiful location will be perfect for a quilt shop. Not only will the beautiful surroundings inspire you, but the shop will as well.
I really dread the thought of moving again, but for the sake of my family, I feel it is my best option. I know that this will be a longer distance for many of you to travel, but we will do our best to offer you even better service and better pricing to offset your travel times.
Though the new store will be smaller than what we currently have, I hope to keep nearly as much quilting fabric. We will continue to carry our great selection of high quality sewing machines and sergers, but we will be doing away with items that can be purchased elsewhere locally such as zippers, dress patterns, elastic, Velcro, standard sewing notions and such and instead focusing on what we do the best which is selling beautiful fabric and quality sewing machines.
I will continue to offer my top notch service on sewing machines and will offer “in-home service” for those who cannot make it to our store. (More information on that to come)
Moving out of town is a great risk for us and we do not take this action lightly. We hope that we can continue to serve all of you for years to come. I have thought long and hard about this and feel it is the best thing I can do for my family.
